In the current economic conditions, I was honestly surprised but so glad I found them. Everything fell perfectly in place and made the decision easy to make the extended drive to Glendale from Bakersfield. Albert was my contact in person and was very pleasant to work with. Although the deal was pretty much done prior to arrival, he was efficient in ensuring all of my requests were satisfied. Matthew our finance manager, was another great person we had contact with. Super personable, comical and knowledgeable. Usually the finance part takes the longest and is quite painful to endure. But he made the whole thing a positive experience. The dealership itself is quite comfortable and clean. Every staff we encountered, including those who were not helping us, was extremely friendly. Overall my experience was a 10+ on a scale 1-10.
