I will NEVER be returning to this dealership! I went in May for an oil change/ maintenance visit. During this time I was told that my brake fluid was full/clean. I went back one month later for c I went in May for an oil change/ maintenance visit. During this time I was told that my brake fluid was full/clean. I went back one month later for concerns with my brakes and was told that my brake fluid was now low with no apparent leak. I was also told during both visits that my breaks were at 5 mm. During the second visit it was suggested that I get new breaks, resurface my rotors, complete a brake fluid exchange, and install a new drive belt totaling almost $1,500. I decided to get a second opinion at a well known company, and the mechanic there physically showed me that my brake pads were 2 mm MAX. The mechanic also showed me that my brake fluid was FULL and my drive belt was fine. I was able to get brand new brakes AND rotors for significantly cheaper. This dealership scams their customers and I will never be returning. More

Jason Meyer was instrumental in getting a significant replacement/repair on my Murano. He made sure everything worked as it was supposed to and I am a happy longtime customer. Our company has leased Mur replacement/repair on my Murano. He made sure everything worked as it was supposed to and I am a happy longtime customer. Our company has leased Murano's through this dealership since 2007 and we are extremely happy with every department. Good service equals returning customers. Thank you, Carol Newman P.S I must also give a shout out to Ty Hubbard who was my initial service advisor who started the ball rolling with getting my radio replaced and sending correspondence to the higher ups. His attention to detail and keeping me in the loop was much appreciated. Thanks again Ty and Jason !! More
