I would only recommend this service center if you live in the area that's why I gave it 3 stars. I waited 15-20 before someone came to my window to ask what I was here for. Jason was referred to me by a former GTR owner and purchaser of your dealership. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his knowledge, communication and all around pleasantness. My Gladiator was rep purchaser of your dealership. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his knowledge, communication and all around pleasantness. My Gladiator was repaired within the time frame he quoted and there were no issues. I’ll be back again for future services. More

Did not call me to confirm price of work needed to be done. Then charged me predatory prices. Called to speak to manager was told they would call me back. No one reached out until the negative review I l done. Then charged me predatory prices. Called to speak to manager was told they would call me back. No one reached out until the negative review I left about a week later. Done with Jeep and Dodge at this point. More
