Did not call me to confirm price of work needed to be done. Then charged me predatory prices. Called to speak to manager was told they would call me back. I had an issue with a malfunction light and drive ability of the vehicle. Drove to the dealership and was immediately met by Tyler. He called a mechanic and they took the vehicle right inside to a service ba of the vehicle. Drove to the dealership and was immediately met by Tyler.
