Worst experience ever. They don’t care about customer care. I leased a lemon, only drove it for 3 days (200 miles) it couldn’t be charged. Dealer make me wail 6 hours to gi They don’t care about customer care. I leased a lemon, only drove it for 3 days (200 miles) it couldn’t be charged. Dealer make me wail 6 hours to give me a loaner and then make me came back to changed it 3 days later. After 18 days still the car is in service. They make me go thru all this instead of changing the car 3 days later when the finance papers were not even processed. I have spent more than 14 hrs of my time waiting or driving to or from the dealer. Apart loaner is a gas vehicle instead a EV when I told them I needed a EV because my disabled daughter gets sick when she smells gas so is a problem for me to go to gas stations. More

The salesperson was well-informed and eventually took care of all my concerns. He was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I am pleased with his responses to my concerns. The finance department wa care of all my concerns. He was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I am pleased with his responses to my concerns. The finance department was sketchy. The paperwork for the loan was not shown to me by the finance personnel before I signed it. I was told the monthly payment and the number of payments due. It was handed to me in a sealed envelope. It wasn’t til I opened it at home that I realized the terms and what had been sold to me as extras were not what I wanted. I returned the following day to clean up the contract. I ended up with a longer term than I wanted but the extras were removed as requested. If the finance person had printed and shown me the line items in the contract prior to my signing an electronic tablet agreeing to the terms a whole lot of time and energy could have been saved and the length of payments would have been 48 instead of 72. More

Upfront and honest. Love the car and the way we were treated. Not sure the other dealer did not offer first responder discount and incentive to finance some of the cost.
