Used car division is shady at best. Sold me a vehicle with known hail damage/did not disclose damages. hail is hard to see but is there. Alda was one of the most thorough and conscientious sales-person I've ever worked with. She took great care of us, my wife and myself. We didn't purchase one vehicle, we bought two. We came to TCP to find a vehicle that we loved and originally were looking for a Prius and ended up buying a RAV4 hybrid. We found Alda and not only was she so helpful and personable, but she also put our needs first and even went above and beyond to help us find the right car for us (even at another dealership when TCP did not have available what we were looking for!). She never was pushy or trying to steer you in any direction that wasn't what you wanted. Alda really listened and advocated on our behalf when it came to purchasing the vehicle and was so knowledgable about the process and it shows that she has been in the business for a good while! She even worked until past closing to the point where we were the only people left at the dealership. Suffice it to say that Alda showed knowledge, skill but also heart and passion in truly helping her customers achieve true happiness with their vehicle search and purchases. I'm grateful to have found someone like her in the process of making a big-commitment purchase in a vehicle and only wish more often service could be provided to customers as Alda had provided for us.
