We were looking for a needle in a haystack, and starting searching outside of our area in Houston, and after contacting many dealers and sales agents, Gareth was the first to actually call me (not text), talk to me, get to know me, and figure out exactly what I was looking for! When the car of my dreams came available he got those keys and FaceTimed me and my husband, and sent us the information. Once we decided it was ours he got the ball rolling, and him and his team got all the paperwork ready for signing. From working through my trade in vehicle, to financing, to ordering accessories, and all the warranties, we felt very relaxed and like it was effortless! Used car division is shady at best. Sold me a vehicle with known hail damage/did not disclose damages. hail is hard to see but is there. Management is terrible- if you want to be treated poorly shop there. sales people are lackluster- disappointed with salespeople that do not fight for their customers for the best deal. All talk.
