A simple oil change ruined my engine. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, NOT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. This is supposed to be a quality service at the dealership but it's far from it. Great service but lacking with communication. I tried calling twice and had no return call. I understand they are very busy but a quick text would help me with anxiety about my car I tried calling twice and had no return call.
