Fernando was extremely pleasant to talk to and was very accommodating to and the rest of the team at Royal Moore Mazda on my purchase of a new CX-50. Fernando was extremely pleasant to talk to and was very accommodating to ensure I was getting the vehicle of my choice. After a test drive, he was able to walk me through all of the features on the different trim level and was able to show me the specific options that were on the car I eventually purchased. When I had a few questions that he didn't know the answer to, the rest of the sales team happily jumped in with the answers. I was offered a competitive price, great terms for financing, and had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Once the purchase was complete, Fernando helped me set up the Mazda app on my phone and made sure to let me know I could contact him if I had any questions. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was and how everyone I interacted with was kind a welcoming. A special shout out to Brandon Selnau who observed me cleaning my glasses on my shirt. A couple minutes later when he had a free minute, he came up and offered me a fresh glasses cleaning cloth. He's a man who understands the struggle of wearing glasses that are smudged.......thanks brother! More

I cold called sales manager Ray Cioe on a Friday & by the following Friday my colleagues and I drove away with 3 identical GMC Canyon AT4X trucks. Admittedly, it was by luck that we found 3 of the exact trucks we sought at one location. However, the equally important benefit was the exceptional team we discovered there, who made the purchase a great experience. Royal Moore GMC Buick is about 3.25 hours away from our base of operations, and 100% worth the drive. Unlike our local dealerships- no games, professional, genuine, and enthusiastic. No hint whatsoever of the slithery car sales subculture. Rai Cioe ran point on the deal, Christian Chavez handled the financing, and Gabriel Chavez & Alec Ebert did the leg work to get us on the road hassle free. In fact, I write this review only a day after the purchase, and I've already re-contacted them regarding the next round of vehicles. Highly, highly recommend this dealership! More

When Tom went to RM for a key battery replacement, he asked at the service counter who would be a car leasing salesman. He was told to see Johnny Chavez. What a spot-on recommendation that was! He was patient, pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced. He and the team of Alec, Ray, Gabriel (Christian?) and Kci helped us navigate the leasing of a 2024 Terrain. Rachel helped us spend our reward points. Johnny and Alec installed the mats and cargo cover. Just what seniors in their 80’s are thankful for. Good job team! More

I reached out to this dealership inquiring about a specific vehicle to consider for my son's first car. I was contacted by Alec and I feel very lucky that I got him! The car I was looking for was unavailable but he informed me of a trade in that came in that day and would be perfect for my son. I appreciated that he looked out for our best interests based on our needs. Not only did he find a car for me, but also worked with my schedule by holding the car while I had to go out of town. Taylor was awesome to work with.
