The issue I was having with my vehicle could have been (and later was) diagnosed by the computer. The service member had me go out on the road to prove that the issue I was describing was real and not ima (and later was) diagnosed by the computer. When it came to getting that issue fixed, I was told I would need to drop my car off for two days and that the dealership would not provide a loaner vehicle nor would they reimburse for a rental vehicle. The service member told me that loaners are provided when the vehicles are un-drivable. I pointed out that my vehicle would be un-drivable while it's sitting in service for two days at Ewald. The service member agreed but the outcome did not change. So the cost of renting a car while Ewald Chevy repaired the issue would come out of my pocket. The issue I've had with my vehicle has been present since we purchased the brand new 2025 vehicle this summer. We chose to go out of our way to bring our Tahoe to Ewald for service because we had a great experience with the sales department. Moving forward, we will be seeking service from a different Chevy dealership. More
