The sales person is simply unnecessary at this dealership. They lacked knowledge of the vehicle and had no authority to actually make a decision. This caused the intention of our purchase to be incorrect and caused undue frustration and rework when actually signing. Not only that, there were approved discounts that we were told by the sales person couldn’t be used and then miraculously they could later be applied. Our sales person only offered financing through ford credit and did not even check Ally. Alec was willing to at least run the credit off through ally to determine what was best for us, the customer. If not for Alec, we absolutely would have left and taken our business elsewhere, which nobody would have even realized because everyone was watching the bengals game. He saved the sale point blank. More
