I had a phenomenal car-buying experience at Heritage Honda Bel Air working with Alec. I was looking for a specific, hard-to-find Urban Grey Pearl Accord Hybrid that was physically sitting at a completel Honda Bel Air working with Alec. I was looking for a specific, hard-to-find Urban Grey Pearl Accord Hybrid that was physically sitting at a completely different dealership an hour away. Instead of letting the deal fall through or making me drive down there, Alec and the management team worked quickly to execute a dealer trade and get the car brought up to Bel Air the very same night. Not only did Alec ensure the transport went smoothly, but he also worked with me to match an aggressive competitor's discount, stack my USAA military rebate, and give me a great future discount on my service installation for the door guards and side moldings. When the car arrived close to closing time, it was pristine, had the exact factory trunk tray I wanted, and the odometer matched the direct drive perfectly. Alec was professional, respectful of my time, and didn't try to pull any fast ones or high-pressure tactics at the finish line. If you want a straightforward, stress-free car buying experience right in your backyard, go see Alec at Heritage Honda Bel Air! More
