JJ_Buck, I was in a bind and Allie was a pleasure to work with. She was able to fit me into the schedule and communicated very well throughout. But man, the dealership prices were crazy. I paid a premium, times 2, for a very simple battery replacement. And the prices for other recommended services were extremely high too. Like I said, the service was great, but I definitely paid a premium.
