I went to two dealers before arriving at Sport Subaru on Monday, May 16th. The previous experiences were terrible. Salespeople could have cared less at one and at the other they were pressuring me to buy a Monday, May 16th. The previous experiences were terrible. Salespeople could have cared less at one and at the other they were pressuring me to buy a car that was 60,000 miles over what I wanted. Alejandra at Sport Subaru was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I found just what I wanted at the price I wanted. Definitely will return in the future. Thanks Alejandra and also Angie in the finance department! More

Angie in finance makes small problems into massive problems -irresponsibly speculating about things that have nothing to do with thereason i called. I leased a vehichle woth trade in on 8/30 - was tol problems -irresponsibly speculating about things that have nothing to do with thereason i called. I leased a vehichle woth trade in on 8/30 - was told that my title being handed over from the trade im would transfer registration to my crosstrek . Apparently i had a 13$ toll bill that i was unaware of that was holding the process up. Subaru knew this within 2 days of delivery of the title and never informed me . So for an entire month ive been driving an unregistered vehichle with a plate that belongs to a completly different vehichle , in that time had i been pulled over , i would have been shocked to hear about the registration from the police , but i also would have lost possesion of the vehichle untill i could prove ownership through registration , which as i explained would have been impossible due to the hold up . NO ONE from subaru contacted me about this untill 10/6/23, and when they contacted me they claimed i had a lein on the vehichle i traded in, no mention of the registration hold up . I discovered the hold up on my own when i attempted to renew and called sport subaru immediatly . Thats where i was connected with angelina , who after hearing what i had been through told me “sir thats not our fault you need to pay your bills “ then asked “did you even try to call us after “ i had no idea a customer facing representitve at subaru could be so dull and unaware of the right thing to do . Surley there is a corporate or local protocol to help subaru avoid going 35 days without contacting a recent buyer to let them know there were issues that needed to be taken care of . Instead i was unaware of the issue and could not help rectify the situation. When i did i was reminded by angelina that sport subaru doesnt look at paperwork or have process thats dependable enough to make simple mistakes easy to fix. Which is disheartining when the sales men told me the adminstrative fee on the final invoice wasnt able to be removed because they keep and manage records “in house “ . If you buy from here make sure you keep your eye on the process , everything was fine until i realised they were only being nice to get a signature on the bill of sale - after thats done they dont care but will pressure you to review them 5-10 times within days of purchase . They want the positive feedback before their staff gets exposed . More
