First of all, I wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle this week, this month or even this year, but with unexpected car issues that happened this week, my stress level through was through the roof and very fr week, this month or even this year, but with unexpected car issues that happened this week, my stress level through was through the roof and very frustrated. I can’t thank Alex Carrera enough for how easy he made this for me and put me at ease. I applied for the credit online at night and, he contacted me first thing in the morning, asked needed questions and by 4pm that same day I was driving home with the car I very much enjoy. Alex answered all my questions and never once felt overwhelmed with repeated questions. While testing driving, he informed me on details about the vehicle and even his experience with this type of vehicle. Thank you again to everyone that was extremely welcoming and friendly throughout this process from the front desk to Jorge Casaus in finance. More
