Pretty pleasant buying experience. I did have a traction control issue with the truck within 10 minutes of driving away but they had me bring it back after my vacation and although it I did have a traction control issue with the truck within 10 minutes of driving away but they had me bring it back after my vacation and although it took two different attempts they took care of it and didn’t charge me a dime!! Alejandro was great. (5 Stars) He was very personable and easy to deal with. I will definitely reach back out to him on my next car purchase. Alejandro was great! Very nice, professional and not pushy. The only complaint we have is that we were told the car we were looking at was Nissan certified, but it was no Very nice, professional and not pushy. The salesperson has good customer service but the manager who was supposed to be in charge of financing is atrocious. They tried to get us into a very high interest loan and were lying about the process. I l who was supposed to be in charge of financing is atrocious. I like Nissan cars but I would encourage customers not to use the finance company they recommend because it will probably be the worst one. Bring your own financing if you want to be buy a Nissan. More
