I was in a bad accident on 3/22/24, my Jeep Latitude was totaled. The next week I went to Auto Star in Hendersonville to see what was available in the pre-owned vehicles. This young man was very empathic to my predicament, he understood that I was looking and didn't know what I would be getting as a settlement on my totaled car. He asked what I was looking for, price range and milage. He went out of his way to show me what he had in the Jeep Cherokees there. When I was leaving I asked that he keep me in mind on incoming Jeeps that I was interested in. We stayed in contact and yesterday I bought my replacement car, Jeep Cherokee Laredo with everything that I was looking for and Alejandro was right there to show me and my husband the car and be there to close the deal. This is the kind of sales person that I appreciate, he was never pushy, he listened to me. He answered all my questions very professionally and with knowledge of the questions.
