Great customer service. My wife and I came in on a rainy Sunday over the holiday weekend. The showroom was pretty busy but we were immediately shown the car we had asked to see. Buying a car with Alens Constant's help at Wellesley Toyota turned out to be a dare I say it? delightful experience. We drove up late (5:30) from the Cape to test drive a 2013 Prius. Alens was patient, answered all our questions, was assiduous on all the details of transferring old to the new vehicle and readying the new Prius to go. When he discovered I had inadvertently left my house key on my old key ring, he called to offer to drive to meet us with it. It didn't turn out to be necessary, but definitely above and beyond service! Also received a follow-up phone call to make sure we got home safe and that I was happy with the car. Great experience!
