He helped me with outstanding issues on my 740 return, listened patiently to me as I reviewed my leasing financial model with him, served as a strong advocate for getting me the deal I wanted, and gave me a tutorial on the new BMW infotainment system. I could not be happier with the car or with the ordering process. I was able to watch the steps of my car being made on the My BMW app. Greg called me and kept me informed and motivated. It was well worth it. I love the car and the dealership is one of the main reasons I decided to go with this particular car I really researched the service department and found it to be first class.. The paperwork was easy and the people were great. What more can I say as much as I love this car I am sure when it’s time to buy another or one for another family member. I will stop and talk to Greg first. More
