My husband and I went to Leith to check out their inventory, after spending 2 days looking at the Porsche Cayenne and the Audi RSQ8 (both $100k +). When we walked in the door, I saw it. And that was it, I bought it! Ales Olecky was our Salesman and he was awesome. So very knowledgeable and friendly. Sean Beach, the GM helped make the deal super easy. Both of these guys are the best. I just purchased my second BMW X5 from Ales Olecky at Leith. I went back to Leith, specifically to Ales, because of the high-quality, professional and attentive service he provided the 1st time around. N Leith. Neither were brand new vehicles, but you would have thought they were for the excellent service and attention I received. Ales has stayed in touch over the years and I would always say hi to him if I was at the dealership for something. He is extremely patient and knows how to listen and address concerns. He isn't pushy or overbearing. I was bringing my old X5 in for service with Heather and Jason (who both are also excellent and extremely attentive and professional), but when I found out how much work needed to be done, I decided to trade it in. I found what I wanted literally immediately on the website, found the vehicle I wanted and texted Ales. He responded immediately and I was in the dealership that afternoon at 3pm to find Ales waiting for me outside with the vehicle cleaned and ready, paperwork ready to sign. ALL through texts and a couple phone calls. After a quick test drive and final paperwork with the finance guy (can't remember his name, but I have his card in the vehicle- he was excellent as well), I was on my way. Leith stands by their vehicles and will quickly correct anything that's wrong after you drive your vehicle off the lot. I will be a customer of Ales and Leith for a long time to come! More

Ales Olecky was great! He answered my "oddball questions" an garage to serviced was very responsive. I feel I got a good deal and my SUV is beautiful. Leith BMW is the only garage to service my previous BMW an garage to serviced was very responsive. I feel I got a good deal and my SUV is beautiful.
