5 Stars to Ales. I emailed about the SUV on Sunday afternoon. Ales responded quickly. Came to the dealership 10:30 AM on Monday. Drove the vehicle and the deal was complete by 3 PM and we drove out of afternoon. Ales responded quickly. Came to the dealership 10:30 AM on Monday. Ales made our process completely seamless, he is very knowledgeable and really takes care of his customers. Our vehicle had just been certified and still had some steps to go in that process when I bought it and Ales made sure our car was ready in record time. For the test drive appoint Ales Olecky and the staff at Leith BMW really made buying a car during a pandemic as streamlined and painless as possible! For the test drive appointment, the vehicles were cleaned and waiting in the delivery bay right on time. Ales was extremely straightforward and professional in answering all of my questions while I tried to decide between a couple of different models. All of the negotiations and some of the initial paperwork were completed electronically with no pressure, and the final paperwork and delivery were completed in record time once I arrived at the dealership (thanks to both Brian and Ales for that). Overall, the folks at Leith BMW set a very high standard for professionalism, and I think any customer would appreciate that! More
