Thank you Ales from a new BMW customer :) I was dreading the process of having to shop and find a new car, after a few unsuccessful visits to other dealers & brands around the area, I was abou I was dreading the process of having to shop and find a new car, after a few unsuccessful visits to other dealers & brands around the area, I was about to give up hope, until I met Mr. Ales Olecky at Leith BMW in Raleigh! Ales is very personable, takes the time to listen and understand the customer's needs and preferences. He explained all the details to me, showed me different options, offered a test ride, then stayed in touch with me until we found the right car! I'm very pleased with the experience, and i'm now a happy BMW X3 driver :) More

Colleen O'Leary was also super helpful and really made the purchasing experience easy and comfortable. I loved the tweaked body style and upgrades. I hope never to drive another brand. More
