WHAT AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! We began our search at another Dealership and then searched online, to try to educate ourselves. Then we stopped in to Leith, to see what they had av We began our search at another Dealership and then searched online, to try to educate ourselves. Then we stopped in to Leith, to see what they had available. After looking at some of the inventory, on the lot, we ventured inside. Ales met us at the door. He asked if we needed any help and did not smother us. We gave him a general idea of what we were looking for and told him that we would just like to look around. He directed us to an area where we could find some vehicles that fit our general description, and left us to ourselves. After looking around for a while, we went back in and spoke with Ales. Ales is very calm and not pushy, at all. When we gave him a few specifics, he checked their inventory and shared it with us. We didn't see exactly what we were looking for, so Ales went back to his computer and found a vehicle that was on its way to his location. It was what we were looking for. It arrived a couple days later, and we went to see it. It was PERFECT! Ales is VERY knowledgeable of BMW's and shared lots of information with us. Based on our research, we believe we were offered a fair price on the vehicle we wanted. Ales was very easy to work with and we did not feel pressured at any time. Based on the time we spent with Ales, he is not what we would associate with a car salesman. We would definitely go back to see Ales the next time we purchase a vehicle. More
