Alesia is by far the best. This was my first vehicle leasing, and I can't thank her enough for helping me through it. She shot me straight, followed up, and made sure I was 100% happy with what I was g leasing, and I can't thank her enough for helping me through it. Also, the Eddie Nuttall, the Business Manager, helped with a painless paperwork process. He's professional, thorough, and went out of his way to say hi when I came back to pick up my vehicle. Little things like that make Fred Anderson "superior" instead of just "excellent." I'm going to refer all of my friends here! More

Just want to thank you for having such a great Sales person. Alesia Durr was a great help in having us decide on the Prius C. Alesia is probably the best sales person I have dealt with over the years. She is very people oriented and I believe she does everything to try to make the car buying experience a good one for all involv with over the years. She could give lessons on how to keep customers happy and coming back to her dealership. She has gone above and beyond to try to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you for having her at this facility. Also, of importance, she is very knowledgable about the products you have to offer and when she doesn't know something, she will quickly find out. She does great follow-up. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I am so happy she was our salesperson. More

In searching for a new car, I went to many dealerships in the Chas. area. I made multiple trips to Fred Anderson Toyota. Every time I went to Fred Anderson, I was greeted and helped by friendly staff members the entire time I was there. I wish I had written everyone's name down that I came in contact with because all were nice and helpful. I am especially grateful to and appreciative of Alesia Durr who is the salesperson who sold me my car. Alesia was always responsive to questions I asked and never placed any pressure on me to make a hasty decision. Alesia, I thank you very much and thoroughly enjoyed working with you! The service was excellent and received a great trade-in valve on my 2010 Tundra. Ms. Durr was an outstanding sales person. The overall service was great until I was asked to write a check for $1300.00 and valve on my 2010 Tundra. Ms. Durr was an outstanding sales person. The overall service was great until I was asked to write a check for $1300.00 and they would hold the check because I had a $1300.00 return on my extended warranty plus a return on the GAP insurance. I have been waiting since 9 Jan 2013 and still no refund from the extended warranty and GAP insurance. But the check I wrote for $1300.00 was deposit by Fred Anderson Toyota. After several phone calls and visiting the dealer to ask about the check I was told “we will call you when it is ready for your pickup”. I stop by Fred Anderson around the first of March and they re-submitted the paperwork to cancel Extended Warranty and GAP insurance again. So now it’s March 28th 2013 and I called the company that issue the policy and was informed that the policy has not been canceled. I did have the company to email me the form so I can get Fred Anderson to sign it and mail it myself and wait another 30 days or more. More

I visited several dealers this past few months. Fred Anderson and it's employee, Alesia Durr, were the best. My decision to buy a vehicle was largely influenced by the way I was treated.
