This was our first experience at Phillips Chevrolet and did some research online and located a vehicle of interest. Being skeptical of the big dealership and high pressure sales techniques, we actually turned around and headed back home due to our uncertainty. After some discussion, we turned back around and headed to the dealership. We arrived and were met by Alex Abu who was nothing but amazing, he walked us thru every step of the process and explained and answered all of our questions. Due to us turning around and around we were pushing the closing time, but we were never rushed. Ryan Drahos in finance was one of the best finance people to work with, he explained everything and was extremely professional to the end.
