Went to the dealership yesterday, no pressure..no changes in the numbers presented Barth finalized the paperwork and within an hour was driving home a new Santa Fe. Let’s face it....Most people would rather get a root canal than have to buy a new car. I was putting it off as long as possible. I started the process online and was overwhelmed by the sheer mass of veh canal than have to buy a new car. I was putting it off as long as possible. I started the process online and was overwhelmed by the sheer mass of vehicles out there. Then there’s the stigma of dealing with a “toothy, slick, fast talking sales person” that you try to avoid like the plague. Well, that all changed the moment my wife and I walked into Phillips Auto Group in Bourbonnais. The staff was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, we were put at ease by our sales rep (Kenny Brown) who was very polite and not at all pushy, We didn’t buy that evening because it was close to closing and we had dinner plans. We came back the following day and (Alex Abu) assisted us because It was Kenny’s day off, assuring us that Kenny would get full credit for the sale. (Konrad Chatys) was the sales manager that addressed all our concerns and questions. He even gave us his back story about what he did before the car business and why he got into it. And as we were wrapping up, Kenny stopped in on his day off to make sure we were taken care of. Finally (Barth Eastman) was awesome. Very funny and completely kept us at ease making it a painless process. The point I want to make is it was truly a pleasure to be there. My hats off to all of you gentlemen for making this the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. The next time we’re in the market for a vehicle, you WILL get our business. More
