I found the truck online and for the year and mileage it was an ok price. When I said lets get the paperwork done, they present me with a price that was $10,000 more than what was advertised online. They eventually gave me the advertised price although I had to prove it to them. They ran my credit twice, the first time in the wrong name. I should have done my financing myself! I will never do business with these fools again and never will my friends and family. Buyers beware!!! More

The salesman set ins Sid while my wife with my ESA dog sat out all day. As the salesman played poker. The sa0od ok the had 3 cars we could choose from.yet was the only car they showed us as the other 2 were actually just showed the 2019 Jeep grand cherokee. We'll in 2 and months of having the vehicle. The transfer case was shot. Got it to Ken Garff and at point the informed me we didn't have th extended.warranty.stating they couldn't it financed. But they didn't in form me back when we purchase or I would have said no..they then told .I would have to pay 3800 dollars to fix it I finally go a hold Sales Managers Des and Shari the did everything could but could get it down to 1000. But we cant afford that so all this could have been avoided if the salesman would have done his job and been honest and the car checked.Weve purchased 4 cars from them and this is how they treat us More
