I heard that Ken Garff was having a truck sale, so my wife and I headed down to take a look. We bought a vehicle from them last year, and because of the exceptional service we received that time, we came wife and I headed down to take a look. I found Josh and Nino, and they (as usual) provided my wife and I excellent service ( AGAIN). They showed me every truck in the lot, and once I made my decision Josh got right to work on the numbers. Everything looked good, so we went in to see Alex and finalized the deal. My wife and I were out window shopping at around 10:00 pm. We ran into Nino Chaleunrath and he saw us looking at a car and asked if we wanted to take a test drive. We said yes, took the car for a drive and came back. We were interested and so he began taking my information and beginning to work a deal. We didn't really think the numbers worked for us, so he offered another car to look at. We took the 2nd car out (by this time it was about 11:00 pm!), we loved it and came back to work a deal. Josh Marshall came in to help write the deal while Nino went to fuel the car. They got everything together and we went in to sign the paperwork with Alex Allen. He was very helpful - he got us an even BETTER warranty, GAP insurance and a service contract!! We signed the paperwork around MIDNIGHT and they helped us clean out our old car. They promised us to detail the car first thing Monday morning. The service was awesome - they all stayed well past closing to help us out. I am now the proud owner of a 2010 Dodge Charger R/T and I love it!! Thanks so much to the guys at Ken Garff Dodge - I would be pleased to do business with them again. Thanks so much!! Natalia's “lack of pressure” sales approach made us feel comfortable throughout the buying process. Never once did we feel pressured to buy a car or intimated when asking even the simplest question. That was very much a strong factor in our experience! Alex was very precise on financing and made sure our payments were within the anticipated range with a great interest rate. THANKS Alex! I walked into the dealership with a goal in mind and that was to improve my current situation. I figured I would have to battle and fight and argue to get what I wanted like you have to do at other dealershi was to improve my current situation. I went in and talked with Alex and he set me up with Natalia. She was great. She took to heart what I was looking for not how to better pad her wallet. I never felt pressured with her or Alex. When we finished I felt like I had new friends not annoying people who wrangled me into something not good for me. During our shopping/buying experience Natalia and Alex both told me that if I felt uncomfortable in any way to let them know and we could part as friends. She showed me a couple of card and told me what she thought would best suit my needs. Then she told me that if we couldn't reach a deal that she would continue to search and go to auctions and try and find something that I would be pleased with. Alex took it to heart that in this economy we needed to improve our situation and he worked very hard crunching number and making calls to banks and looking for rebates and deals to help us out. In the end it worked out well for us and when it is time to buy again we will go back to Ken Garff. Not only would I recommend this dealer and it's people I already have. I have purched about 5 or 6 cars in my short married life, best dealer ever. Thank you Alex and Natalia. More
