The service advisor was attentive and tried to research my connectivity problem with the infotainment system on my 2020 RDX. The solution from Acura was to use a genuine Apple cord to connect. It did it work. I was skeptical of the solution because I have only used aftermarket cords from the start and had no problems until the last month or two. The dealer gets 4 stars for their service. The fifth is being withheld until the problem is fixed. I will be bringing the car in again this week. More
