The service advisor was attentive and tried to research my connectivity problem with the infotainment syst This is about the service department. The service advisor was attentive and tried to research my connectivity problem with the infotainment system on my 2020 RDX. The solution from Acura was to use a genuine Apple cord to connect. It did it work. I was skeptical of the solution because I have only used aftermarket cords from the start and had no problems until the last month or two. The dealer gets 4 stars for their service. The fifth is being withheld until the problem is fixed. I will be bringing the car in again this week. More
