Bit not satisfied because i came for a recall check and some issues like cabin light, and child seat back latch cover. But no one explained to me the details of the recall and what check they did and also some issues like cabin light, and child seat back latch cover. But no one explained to me the details of the recall and what check they did and also the issue of light and latch was lost in the midst. Came home with the inside of the car smelling of gas for two days now. I wonder if it is normal after an oil change. Otherwise hygiene is taken care of for the safety of staff and customers. Next time I will be more demanding for answers. More

Excellent Service, Not Straightforward Pricing I had my vehicle in to install roof racks. I found the pricing online, but when I called I was presented with much higher pricing from both the Parts I had my vehicle in to install roof racks. I found the pricing online, but when I called I was presented with much higher pricing from both the Parts Department and the Service Dept. When I questioned the discrepancy, both gave me a feeble excuse of having looked at the wrong sheet. Their quotes were nearly DOUBLE what was presented online. In both cases, they agreed to match the website, but it makes me lose confidence in the honesty of your organization. More
