Long wait, no communication, prices charged are higher than what a normal mechanic would recommended. Brought car in on a Saturday, no word for 4 days. Called, promised answers in1-2 days. When finally contacted, price for repair was at least $800 above average price for that repair. More

The person who drives the cars to the workshop has to drive more carefully because they drive as if they were on the highway and that is the client. From the moment I walked in I felt valued. The service representative welcomed me and explained each step of the process and directed me to a very comfortable waiting area where I could work r The service representative welcomed me and explained each step of the process and directed me to a very comfortable waiting area where I could work remotely. I drank free vanilla latte while I waited for repairs to be completed. The best part is that they saved me hundreds of dollars on repairs. I will definitely go back to that service center! More
