The service advisors at this dealership are rude and poor communicatiors. Alexandra B. practically argued with me why General Motors did not see a reason to fix the turbo assembly on mu vehicle. My experienc communicatiors. Alexandra B. practically argued with me why General Motors did not see a reason to fix the turbo assembly on mu vehicle. My experience was unpleasant working with her because she failed to call me beforehand to tell me she did not receive pictures of my vehicle. It took three business days and for me to physically show up to receive and update on my vehicle. The two stars is for the manager who decided to make the replacement on my vehicle. I will not be returning to this Chevy dealership for any further services. More
