I’ve gone twice to this dealership in the past 18 months, and both times I was highly disappointed in their service. I had a separate issue to have trouble shooting on each visit. And the outcome of each vis and both times I was highly disappointed in their service. I had a separate issue to have trouble shooting on each visit. And the outcome of each visit was that the dealership could not find anything wrong on the issue I was reporting. In both cases I was charged a diagnostic fee. After each visit, I took my car to another local GM dealership, where they were able to identify the problem I was reporting and fix it to my complete satisfaction. More
