I came in for a check engine light and was told my check engine light was on because of a bad thermostat and was quoted $650 to repair it and flush the radiator. I paid for the service and upon arrival to p engine light was on because of a bad thermostat and was quoted $650 to repair it and flush the radiator. I paid for the service and upon arrival to pick up my vehicle the check engine light was still on I notified the advisor and my vehicle was scanned again and the advisor told me my car was showing a different code than before. I then was quoted $750 to fix the new issue, I know for a fact when you run a code scan on a vehicle it show all code that the pcm is throwing and I feel like a incorrect scan the first time led to me paying a unnecessary $650 for a service that wasn’t needed for my vehicle, I will never again trust Leson Chevrolet again to care for my vehicle. More

They did a wonderful job, they were very professional, took care of my truck, got me taking care of, found the part I needed and got me back on the road the same day. Alex did a great job arranging a low fragrance rental that wouldn’t trigger my asthma as well as keeping the detail on my Bolt fragrance free. The HV tech also tried to fix the charging issue quickly. Th that wouldn’t trigger my asthma as well as keeping the detail on my Bolt fragrance free. The Service Manager is outstanding really got to the heart of the matter didn’t over apologize handled situation like PRO that he! The very first time coming to Leson I just got the feeling that the service advisors weren’t interested in being at work on a Saturday, they got oil change done but man just felt as if we don’t care. Only service advisors. Then the 2nd time it started out bad but saved by the Service manger. This is why started with praise for him. Anyway the situation was getting my key fob programed and the technician putting the device on my car and leaning on my car. Again, if it weren’t for the service manager this probably would have gotten even worse. More
