This was the worst experience I've ever had. I dealt with great attitudes to worst attitudes. My vehicle was in their possession way to long. It actually wasn't totally the fault. But the Warranty company was worst and their recommendation. Just glad to have my vehicle back and running great with no extra out of pocket expenses to me. More

Alexandra was wonderful. She made sure that everything that was supposed to be done initially was done, th day after. I went in for an oil change and paid for tire rotation She made sure that everything that was supposed to be done initially was done, th day after. I went in for an oil change and paid for tire rotation and balance. My tires, brakes and battery were not checked per the oil change sticker in the window, my rotate and balance was not done and my dashboard was still showing washer fluid low, add fluid. windshield wiper fluid. But again, Alexandra heard my concerns, was very apologetic and made everything right! I'm very grateful to her, after spending $100 and not having all the requested services completed or even looked at. I'm only giving 5 stars because of Alexdra and Sheila Sandel More
