Consummate Professional I'm averse to pushy salesmen and all the underhanded tactics associated with haggling. I like to trust the person that I'm buying from: transparency' I'm averse to pushy salesmen and all the underhanded tactics associated with haggling. I like to trust the person that I'm buying from: transparency's more important than an ostensible "deal." The three dealers I went to prior to Freeport all had some catch that came with the price or some surprise fee after settling on a price. Not here. It was like a breath of fresh air. First, they had the model I inquired about. No bait and switch. Second, Alex was well informed about the car and upfront about the price. He gave me a trade-in price comparable to other dealers- no tricks or cuts to the trade-in value. A pure professional. The test drive was enjoyable, and he provided me with clear information. I left the dealership with a quote that wasn't tacked on with BS charges to overinflate the price. I went to one more dealer, who was more of the same, and came right back the following day to purchase my car from Alex. He expedited the process all via email and helped me drive the car the very same day. More

I met Alex over 10 years ago when I was married, during those years, he was the one to go to and get it done, he straight forward and helpful. After a few years divorced not only from Husband but from a BMW -- when the time came to get one after years, by chance, I was told the Alex had returned to BMW Freeport, I called him on a Saturday, drove away that Friday in a seamless transaction. Though I may not have seen Alex for a few years, we picked up as if we never parted. He knew not just what I wanted, but what I liked, my preferences and understood this time around, I was getting this car on my own. Alex will do right by you, it's in his nature, he's always done it by me. As for the dealership, expect the best cars, value, service and most important - the best people. More
