Professional, competent and courtious. Alex was not the initial client advisor that was assisting me. Josh referred him to me. He took over midway through the process and was informative Alex was not the initial client advisor that was assisting me. Josh referred him to me. He took over midway through the process and was informative and courteous. He understood that I work in a jail and my best contact method was VIA email and no phones are allowed in the jail. I received email updates and target delivery dates from Alex often. My overall experience was outstanding and I would recommend Alex and Freeport BMW to friends and co-workers alike. More
