From the moment my wife and I walked through the door, we felt appreciated. No one rushed us or threw endless questions at us regarding our visit, everyone welcomed us with a smile, asked us how our day was going and offered us water, coffee, etc. It felt as if we had entered a home of a friend. The entire process could not have been more pleasant. Our representative was not only beyond courteous but extremely knowledgeable about all the products Honda had to offer . . . with absolutely no pressure. I felt very much in control of my visit and had a friend along to answer any and all questions to boot. We could not be more pleased with our visit and experience, from beginning to end; oh . . . we bought a car as well. Didn’t hurt a bit!!!! More
