The wrangler was and has always been my dream car and we were finally ready to buy one. We had spoken to multiple different Jeep dealers and were disappointed with the customer service, bull crap fees and insane high financing when we had beautiful credit! So my husband found greenway and started corresponding with a guy named AAron. My husband told him what we wanted- what price we wanted to pay- talking details and fees- no lies- no BS just real numbers. We agreed to meet with him and then worked with both him and another salesmen Alex. They told us they would do anything to have our business and would work out a deal we were comfortable with. My husband also works at duke energy and had a discount because of it and they didn’t hesitate to apply the discount. Again no bs. Overall it was a great experience. Both Aaron and Alex were standup guys. I would recommend them to anyone when buying the car. Beautiful dealership. They even gave our car a car wash and filled up the tank. More

The best buying experience ever! I came in looking for a specific jeep that i have been looking at for the longest time. WOW !!!! Yesterday was like the best day of my life. I have never went to buy a car and could of been out of there in two hours. I would have to say Alex went above and beyond, not just on that date of 1/17/2019, but since the day I first contact him on 1/13/2019. If I even tried to explain my whole experience you would be reading a book cause it was just awesome. Who would of thought first of all I could even qualify for such a car let alone be basically pushed out the door with one. Talking about trust factors I had the spare key before I even paid or sign whew!!!! LOVE IT!!! I will be sending others it was worth the trip from Daytona Beach :) Thanks Alex make sure that manager put in that raise you do deserve it :) More

The worst experience in customer service Never again will I be a customer at this location! I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade and recently got t-boned. I brought it to their collision c Never again will I be a customer at this location! I bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade and recently got t-boned. I brought it to their collision center as I was already familiar with their sales staff. HUGE MISTAKE. Chrysler is such a joke and this location has had ZERO customer service. I have been without my car for almost 2 MONTHS!! For a different excuse every single time I call.. “they were shipped the wrong parts” or “we only have one mechanic and he is hitting overtime so it’ll have to wait” and lay blame everywhere other than themselves. I have to personally call them to get any updates and I am still without my car. My 30day rental expired through my insurance and they wouldn’t compensate a rental car as my car still wasn’t ready. So they offered to “go in half” with the rental car. GO IN HALF!? I am a customer.. and I also work in customer service. I would NEVER ask that of a customer to spend their money for a situation where my workplace was to blame. Every estimated and confirmed date of completion has been pushed back, creating and time off request at my place of business an absolute joke. Do not shop here. Do not get your car fixed here. An utter disgrace of customer service and compassion from the entire collision center team. Heed my warning please More
