The dedicated internet sales team worked diligently and I had a deal in place before making the long drive to purchase the vehicle. The salesman sent additional photos since I was unable to drive over prior to making the purchase and was there to answer any/all my questions. The original salesman was unable to be there for the transaction and provided me with a second salesman to make the deal the evening I drove over. Some minor issues arose after the transaction and both salesman were diligent in making things right. There is a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership within 10 miles from my home and I will now come 60 miles to Greenway because of Alex and Erik in internet sales. More

Gabriel Burbano gave me and my wife excellent service. I came to Greenway after visiting various dealers in the area. I came into greenway late, an hour and 20 minutes before closing and Gabriel still gave my wife and I the correct service. He listened for what i was looking and sugested a vehicle I ended up purchasing. It was what i wanted. Im very happy with my vehicle. It just so happed that the dealership that was recommended most by friends had the car we wanted. I made an online inquiry and they called me soon after. I told them the number we were working with and to see if it was possible. They said they would crunch the numbers and get back to me. It didn't take them long at all to call us a second time letting us know it was do-able but we needed to come in to see if we could close . We set an appointment. The individual who was working with us had to go out of town and referred us to his colleague, Alex Cochran. He was awesome. Even though he didn't have all the details he listened to what we wanted to do. He acknowledged what we were asking for and told us the car we were interested in was out front waiting for us. We loved it. Low miles, fair price and just for that extra feel good perk.... A great color too. We took it for a spin and was very happy with the get up and go and the smooth ride. When we got back we know we wanted it and had Alex go a head on the paper work. He came back and the monthly was higher than what we alotted for but it was only off by 33.00. We were so happy we gladly paid the difference. What a fantastic deal. We even opted in for the Gap insurance and extended warranty. That too was a great deal for us and the car we wanted. Trade 2016 Honda HRV So I purchased this 2016 Honda in April 2017, used...get a clean CarFax report at that time. Fast forward to now, and I really want to get a larger S So I purchased this 2016 Honda in April 2017, used...get a clean CarFax report at that time. Fast forward to now, and I really want to get a larger SUV again...preferably a Subaru Crostrek. So I pulled the most recent CarFax on my HRV only to find out that it had been in a front end collision and repaired 3 weeks prior to my purchase....I came in to Greenway, presented these facts to the used car manager, who was shocked AND agreed to give me full trade in value if I would come back and trade with them....reduced value was $2500 less. However they did not have a Crosstrek but did peespent to me some other options...ending up with an ultra clean 2017 Mazda CX-5 .... Teeko helped on the sales side and the used car manager found that the customer that traded the Honda in 2017 intentionally traded before the accident was reported to CarFax....the fact they took full responsibility speaks loudly of Greenway's commitment to do the right thing and take care of their customer!
