He went the extra step in helping us acclimate to the new car and ensuring that our current car was ready for trade-in. We signed all of the paperwork in a safe conference room, and had a pleasant experience there with Alex. Excellent Customer Service I recently bought my 2nd Suburu from this dealer. I didn't even shop at another dealer closer to home because I was so happy with the service and cour I recently bought my 2nd Suburu from this dealer. I didn't even shop at another dealer closer to home because I was so happy with the service and courtesy that I always received with my last Suburu which was a 2008 with over 140,00 miles! I bought a brand new Outback and took delivery a few weeks ago. The whole experience was a pleasure both from a Sales stand point with Alex and the introduction to the features by Erick. The y passed the certification requirements but Alex went above and beyond and, to my surprise, my new used car had brand new tires. I got a text from my friend who said, "Cars are so much quieter on new tires as opposed to worn ones. Showed that the dealer isn't just about the $, especially because the car was already sold." Alex is the reason Glanzmann just got 5 stars! More
