Have been using their service department ever since moving to Philly (some 4-1/2 years) and have never had any problems with them. They are attentive, knowledgable and courteous. Service done correctly and while a bit on the expensive side, I have no problem as they keep my car running smoothly. Have recently purchased a new Forester Touring from them. Sales went smoothly with everything explained in detail. No pressure. Delivery went well and some questions answered. Recently made an appointment to go over all the buttons, bells and whistles with Christian and all went well. Glad to have this dealership to care for my new car. More

Phil was knowledgeable, patient and helpful when my wife and I came in to replace our 20 year-old minivan. We came away with a Subaru Forester (we already own a Subaru CrossTrek) and couldn't be more happy and I came in to replace our 20 year-old minivan. Ken went out of his way to personally contact/interact with us concerning any issues and/or questions that we were having during the purchase of our new 2021 Outback (awesome car!!) in a timely and concerned way. He also went above and beyond with his time to show us the Outback prior to and after the purchase. Lastly, his understanding of the sad goodbye of our traded-in car of 16 years was greatly appreciated. Ken is an exemplary Subaru employee, but even more importantly, a really wonderful person! We also were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Dana and Alex. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helped us quickly and efficiently get through all of the necessary paperwork.
