You had the right vehicle! On the initial drive home, 1) the check engine light came on, 2) cruise control does not work, and 3) one key fob of two does not work. But that's what warranties are for. When we got there we were greeted by Alex Diaczenko who could not have been more kind. He was able to tell us everything about the vehicle, took us on a test drive and accommodated all of our requests during the drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about all details of the car and the sale and answered all of questions with patience and respect. He made us feel very comfortable and made sure we were his top priority during the time we spent with him. He even took the car out and had it washed so we could inspect the exterior properly. He was the ultimate professional in handling every aspect of the transaction. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and requested that Alex be the one to be there for us on the day of pickup. Every thing we had asked that he look into and have done for us was taken care of on that day of purchase. He is, in our opinion, a huge asset to your dealership. They were so gracious to get us the time slot we needed last minute to finish our transaction. My husband and I were astounded that such a dealership existed in today’s world.
