It seems as if most salesmen will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale, but Alex truly cares about making sure you don't leave Hendrick unless you are completely satisfied. I can't say I've ever met a salesman so detail oriented and trustworthy. If I were to ever purchase another vehicle, I can't imagine I would go anywhere else! More

I was looking at a vehicle that I seen online and sent in a inquiry and was setup with an appointment to come view the vehicle that same day. I live an hour and a half away and stressed that I didn't want this to be a wasted trip. When I arrived at the dealership I was informed that they had already sold the vehicle I was coming to see. Our salesman Alex was very apologetic and did everything that he could to make it right. We ended up finding a similar vehicle at one of their other locations and Alex arranged to have that vehicle brought to their dealership for us to purchase. More

2015 ford explorer I went to Hendrick looking for a dependable family car. Alex found the Explorer and I fell in love with it-my kids did, too. My son loves that he has I went to Hendrick looking for a dependable family car. Alex found the Explorer and I fell in love with it-my kids did, too. My son loves that he has a third row all to himself and isn't stuck between his sisters anymore. It needed a slight bit of maintenance so I brought it up a couple days after taking it home and the service department was friendly and fast. Everyone I spoke with throughout my experience was friendly, and Alex knew exactly what I needed and made sure the car was perfect. I'll never buy from anyone else. More
