Hello, my name is Alex, and I’ve been a Service Advisor since 2011. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with American, Japanese, German, and now European luxury brands. Cars have been a passion of mine since childhood, and I truly love what I do—especially helping the wonderful people I get to work with every day. Outside of work, I live an active lifestyle. I compete in Spartan races, snowboard, hike, surf, skydive, and mountain bike—basically anything that takes me from the mountains to the ocean. All good clearly competent. Jessica is very helpful throughout the process, telling me about the diagnosis of the problem, and the repair details so that I have nothing to worry about. The pickup and drop off experience was smooth as me about the diagnosis of the problem, and the repair details so that I have nothing to worry about.
