Drove in from Worcester to check out and test drive an advertised vehicle. Was greeted immediately by Ujwal Khadi. We found UJ to be engaging and knowledgable and comfortable to speak with. We felt very informed about the vehicle we were interested in and this led to a purchase on that day. It included a walk through and set up for driving off the lot. Alex Fine assisted us with the financials. Alex was very accepting of what our needs were. There was a slight push for additional Audi products but we were never made to feel uncomfortable with our choices. There were times we needed additional explanations and specifics about our financing options. Alex handled our questions expertly. Both Audi employees provided excellent costumer service, as did a number of others helping with the preparation of our purchase. Follow-up for registration and financing has been smoothly completed. Though we like our dealership near Worcester, we are very pleased we made the trek out Brookline. More
