I had been on the hunt for an exceedingly rare vehicle (fewer than 250 in the US - seriously there are more Jaguar XJ220's and Porsche 918 Spyder's out there) for quite some time. I eventually tracked THE one down, and even though it was located out of state, Audi Brookline worked with me every step of the way. I initially connected with Amanda McEachern, who helped secure the vehicle for me, and I ultimately concluded the sale with Moses Ba. Both Amanda and Moses were phenomenal to work with on the sales side, and Alex helped finalize the cash deal paperwork on the finance side. It was, bar none, the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had with a dealership—and I purchase new vehicles yearly. There is a billboard close to my house that reads: " Herb Chambers - We don't sell you cars, we help you buy them...". I always thought this was an interesting statement as buying cars is typically any Herb Chambers - We don't sell you cars, we help you buy them...". I always thought this was an interesting statement as buying cars is typically anything but fun. After a ton of research, my wife and I decided that it was time to turn her car in and purchase an Audi Q5 Hybrid. We visited three dealerships in total. The first two dealerships were not able to meet my needs. We ended up at Herb Chambers Audi Brookline where we were fortunate to meet Xavier Pena - Audi Brand Specialist. From the moment I met him, I knew our experience at Herb Chambers was going to be better and different. Xavier was calm, not overly aggressive, confident, and very knowledgeable about the Q5. He was respectful and listened to what we had to say. After a great discussion, he asked us what he could do to help us buy a car. He brought our offer to his Sales Manager, advocated for us and we soon came to an agreement. We drove home late in the day feeling confident that we got the best deal possible and thankful that we took the time to go to Herb Chambers Audi Brookline. I enthusiastically recommend visiting Herb Chambers Audi Brookline and Xavier if you are in the market for an Audi, if you want a great deal and a respectful, seamless purchasing experience. I was ghosted by this dealership. Amanda took my call and and was very pleasant. She asked me to send information. I sent it, and she acknowledged receiving it.
