I came in Nov 2022 to purchase a Mercedes Benz G63 - The car was going under my business name and was processed that way with financing through Mercedes Benz Financial however once the reporting went throug car was going under my business name and was processed that way with financing through Mercedes Benz Financial however once the reporting went through it went under my personal credit information which was not how we processed the contract or paperwork. I've attempted to work with finance manager Michael S and have reached out to every person with "supervisory titles" there to only be ignored including VP Bill O, and managers such as Michael C, Thomas, Vlad, Matt, Mike JR, Kevin and Dick. This deal has turned into such a mess - I also had my vehicle registration done incorrectly (no surprise) and when I paid the additional fee for the Mercedes ME additional features the product specialist Alex G registered it to a different vehicle not my own - so now a different customer is enjoying the services I paid for and I was not refunded. Its been a mess from start to finish and tbh I regret bringing my services here. Today I formally filed a complaint with the BBB for mediation to see if someone wants to start doing their job correctly and assist with the mistakes that occurred here. Be careful and consider Flecher Jones instead because its a mess here and if a business owner do not expect them to understand and work with you if your putting your car under your business name. More
