Alex will let you know that he is new to this profession but it doesn’t show. He behaves and operates like a seasoned professional. It is nice to have a car salesman who is relaxed and down to earth. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this was the easiest and most fair process I’ve ever been through. My family bought quite a few cars from Carls in the past and now we are happy to be able to continue that with Starling. JT, Great video and great job building a strong and accommodating team.
