The car I wanted wasn't available at Sommmers and Alex went out of his way to find the one I wanted and keep me informed of the status and eventual arrival. When it did arrive, he took the time to fully explain how everything worked and even helped program and sync my phone. I cannot emphasize enough how much I was pleased not only by the car, which I love, but by the professional, knowledgable, and friendly service I received from Alex. Through out the entire buying experience each person I interacted with completed their duties appropriately and in a timely manner. Having never driven a Subaru before I found Alex to be patient and informative in meeting my needs and answering my questions. He also shared with me all of the options available and what would be valuable for me and specific to my needs.
