I recently came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Gina that I was also hearing a rattling noise underneath the vehicle when backing out. During the diagnostic video, I learned that the source of the rattling was a rusted heat shield that needed to be replaced. I’m grateful for such a helpful and transparent communication tool — it made understanding the issue so much easier. They also reminded me that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced, which was very helpful. Service was efficient, pricing was fair, and the customer service was friendly and informative.
