The service team was awesome. My only complaint is that this is the second time that I did not receive the complimentary car wash with my service. While they fixed the warrantie My only complaint is that this is the second time that I did not receive the complimentary car wash with my service. While they fixed the warrantied issue, did the oil change, and even upsold me on changing transmission fluid, my car was still covered in all of the salt and dirt that the winter brings. As a busy mom of three, who works full time, I would be remiss if I did not say that the car wash and convenience were the main reasons why I choose to go to Classic Honda as opposed to a less expensive option.
